Highly recommend Defect Building Inspection Melbourne! They are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly! I was extremely pleased with their level of service; both are very thorough and took their time during the inspection, and after, to explain some things to me in a way that’s easy to understand. I couldn’t praise them enough.
Amazing service. Upfront about why they charge a premium rate and live up to expectations. Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve used their services twice now and after seeing other building reports on the same properties, I will never choose someone else.
These guys are the best!
They managed to book us in with less than 24 hours’ notice. They did an awesome job—while we were on-site, they went through all the issues with me and explained everything clearly. The report was detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommend their service! The price they charge are worth what we get in return.

They did a fantastic job of inspecting a property that I am purchasing. They were incredibly thorough and took me around to point out and explain several issues that they had found during inspection. The report I received that evening was also incredibly detailed. Would definitely recommend, very satisfied and I consider the fee money well spent.
